Marcelo Lima received a degree in Law from Universidade de São Paulo (USP) and a degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), where he graduated at the top of his class, with honors. He also studied at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Mr. Lima is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of Agrivalle and Kepler Weber and member of the Boards of Rúmina and OnFarm. He is former Chairman of Tarpon Investimentos, Somos Educação, Cremer and Morena Rosa and has sat on the Boards of Hering, Petlove and Brenco. He has also served as CEO of Tarpon Investimentos and Morena Rosa. In 2000 Mr. Lima co founded Portal do Campo, an agtech, when this term had yet to be coined. Portal do Campo was later sold to Bradespar. Marcelo Lima began his career in investment banking, working at JP Morgan, Merrill Lynch and Itaú BBA.

Pedro Faria received a degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) and an MBA from the University of Chicago Business School. He has extensive private equity experience in consumer products, healthcare, education, renewable energy and finance.
Mr. Faria is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Petlove and member of the Board of Consorciei, Omega Development and Vetsmart. He is also a founding partner of Stimulus 2020, a role he has exercised since April 2020.
Mr. Faria is the founder of Tarpon Investimentos, responsible for structuring and consolidating the private investment area of SK Tarpon and emblematic investments in companies such as Brasilagro, Arezzo, Direcional, Omega Geração and AGV Logística. He served for three years as CEO of BRF.

Vasco Oliveira received a Law degree from the Universidade de São Paulo (USP), a degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) and an MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral. Mr. Oliveira has 22 years’ experience at AGV Logística, a company he founded in 1998 and where he was CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors until 2020. He has also worked at Instituto C, a nonprofit social organization where has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2016. He was also Chairman of the Board of the Brazilian Association of Logistics Operators (Abol).

Zeca Magalhães founded Tarpon in 2002 at the age of 24, where he led investments for 18 years. During his career he has sat on the Boards of companies such as Arezzo, BrasilAgro, BRF, Cremer, Marisa and Somos Educação. He has been Chairman of Omega Geração S.A. since its IPO in 2017 and participates in equity and private investments with other SK Tarpon hubs.

Artur Tacla has more than 30 years’ experience in the organizational, clinical and educational areas. He received a degree in Psychology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP) and specialized in “Traumatic Stress, Intervention and Crisis Management” at the University of South Florida, besides Organizational and Family Constellations at Infosyon, in Europe. In the organizational area, he works on innovation in business models and organizations, cultural and organizational transformations, leadership development and coaching, the culture of innovation and network learning. Mr. Tacla is a founding partner of Corall Consultoria, co-founder of the Conscious Capitalism Institute in Brazil and a member of the Board of Camino Education and Future Education. He is also a partner at Circle Market Access and Investment. Previously he was Global Vice-President of People and Management for BRF and sat on the Board of the Morena Rosa Group.
